  • What if I forget something in the car?
    Riders can report lost items via the app under 'Trip History' or by contacting support
  • Can I drive for Evo Ride if I already own an EV?
    Absolutely. We welcome independent EV owners to join our platform after verification and onboarding
  • What type of vehicles are accepted for drivers?
    We accept a range of EVs that meet our safety and efficiency criteria. Common models include BYD Atto 3, MG ZS EV, Hyundai Kona EV, and others
  • Does Evo Ride provide EVs or leases?
    No. Evo Ride does not lease vehicles. Drivers and fleet owners must use their own electric automobiles
  • How does a fleet owner get started?
    Simply fill out the fleet partnership form in our website. Remotely, our team will get in touch within 24 hours to initiate onboarding
  • Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can onboard as a fleet owner?
    No. Whether you have 2 or 200 EVs, you can scale your operations with Evo Ride across multiple locations/platforms
  • How are drivers and vehicles verified?
    All drivers go through ID, license, and background checks. Vehicles must be insured, roadworthy, and meet EV criteria
